Revlon is looking for an experienced plant mechanic who can assemble, operate, adjust, troubleshoot, service and maintain all filling and assembly equipment in the company facilities with little or no direction from an immediate Manager, Supervisor, or Group Leader. The job position is in Oxford, NC.

Assembles, services and maintains all machinery and equipment in the company facilities with little or no direction from immediate supervisor.

Oxford, NC Plant Mechanic Job Major Duties:


The plant mechanic job opening requires a professional who:

2.       Operates machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, grinders and other related shop equipment) to manufacture or repair equipment parts or tooling.
3.       Oils, greases, and cleans motors, gears, bearings, rollers and all types of equipment throughout the company facilities.
4.       Inspects and makes repairs as needed to maintain preventive maintenance programs.
5.       Maintains required records.
6.       Monitors and operates equipment in accordance with established procedures.
7.       Maintains safe working conditions in assigned work areas.
8.       Keeps assigned work areas clean and orderly.
9.       Provides training to all other levels of the Maintenance organization
10.   Has a working knowledge of all major equipment and systems in the company facility.
11.   Plans, initiates and completes job assignments in a prompt and timely manner.
12.   Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to generate and close work orders.
13.   Makes suggestions to management on better, more efficient and less costly methods to complete jobs.
14.   Communicates immediately to supervisor any personnel problems, job coordination problems, parts or tools shortages, damage observed to equipment, building or utilities, accidents or safety hazards, company policy violations or any other information in his/her judgment that requires attention.
15.   Assists departmental supervisor and group leaders in organizing and planning daily work requirements.
16.   Assists departmental supervisor or group leader in organizing and planning daily work requirements.

Oxford, NC Plant Mechanic Job Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

1.       At least five (5) years’ experience in machine shop and manufacturing type equipment or equivalent.
2.       Ability to operate machine shop tools in addition to hand tools safely and effectively.
3.       Ability to read and work from detailed blueprints and schematics as required.
4.       Have good work knowledge of plant equipment and systems.
5.       Ability to train other Tech Levels as well as other Level A employees.
6.       Must be able to provide hand tools as required.
7.       Willingness to attend additional training classes as offered and required to develop skills or stay current on technology

 Omaha, NE Senior Electronic Engineer Job Description

As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will design, modify and evaluate electronic products for use in harsh and rugged environments to meet quality, delivery and cost goals. This position will be responsible for concept development, requirements definition and validation, analysis and detailed design, verification, and optimization for manufacturing. This person will design new analog/digital devices that meet customer reliability and quality requirements with the involvement of sales, marketing and manufacturing.  This person will also have the ability to understand the client’s desired outcome as it relates to budget, timing and drive designs. They will also develop, debug and maintain software for digital devices and design custom projects from conception through final test and delivery to the customer.

Omaha, NE Senior Electronic Engineer Job Requirements:

·         BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
·         8 years of experience minimum required. (Prefer to be in embedded design and C programming)
·         Embedded hardware design experience
·         Multilayer PCB design with high speed signal lines
·         Development of embedded Software for devices in C
·         Development of embedded Software by use of state machines statecharts
·         Preferably Quantum Leaps
·         Designing with MCUs (8, 16, 32 bit devices)
·         Experience with control systems, feedback loops and PID algorithms
·         Embedded Protocols (I²C, SPI, USB, TJAG, CAN Bus, BlueTooth, RS-232, RS-485)
·         Working knowledge of computer drafting software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks)
·         Working knowledge of EDA software (Schematic capture and PCB Layout)
·         Preferably Altium

Knowledge in the following areas would be a plus:


  • Designing products to meet IP67 or higher ratings
  • Designing firmware to meet safety guidelines
  • GPS Systems
  • ARM Microcontrollers
  • CAN BUS systems, (For device to device and/or J1939 on equipment)
  • Environmental temperature/humidity chamber testing experience
  • Working with Independent test laboratories (FCC, CE, …)
  • Working knowledge/designed around SAE, ISO and MIL standards
  • Developing or guiding development
